“Haus Silbererz” was built in 1709 in the historic center of the mining town of Sankt Andreasberg and was inhabited by miners for centuries.
Between 2017 and 2019, it underwent extensive renovation using ecological and technically high-quality materials. With great care and effort, the charm and character of a classic Upper Harz half-timbered house were lovingly restored.
Throughout the renovation process and in the creation of its elegant interior, selected natural materials were used to ensure a healthy living environment.
Today, Haus Silbererz offers two premium holiday apartments whose unique charm and originality are hard to match anywhere else in the Harz region.
The house, property, and the 5-star holiday apartment on the ground floor are barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible.
